| Условия хранения | – Pantoprazole sodium 4 mg/mL stored in glass vials is stable for 3 days at room temperature (20°C to 25°C) with exposure to light.<br>- When stored in polypropylene syringes under refrigeration (2°C to 8°C) with protection from light, it is stable for 28 days.<br>- Diluted to 0.4 mg/mL in 5% dextrose in water (D5W) and stored in PVC minibags, it is stable for 2 days at room temperature or 14 days under refrigeration.<br>- At 0.8 mg/mL in D5W, it is stable for 3 days at room temperature or 28 days under refrigeration.<br>- Diluted to 0.4 or 0.8 mg/mL in 0.9% sodium chloride (NS) and stored in PVC minibags, it is stable for 3 days at room temperature or 28 days under refrigeration. |
| Особые меры предосторожности | – Do not use concurrently with medicines containing rilpivirine (e.g., Complera®, Edurant®, Odefsey®) to avoid adverse effects.<br>- Monitor for signs of acute tubulointerstitial nephritis, such as changes in urination frequency, blood in urine, fever, joint pain, nausea, or unusual fatigue.<br>- Long-term use may lead to vitamin B12 deficiency, increased risk of fractures, hypomagnesemia, and fundic gland polyps.<br>- Serious skin reactions and systemic lupus erythematosus may occur; monitor for joint pain, skin rash, or other symptoms.<br>- Do not stop taking pantoprazole without consulting a doctor. |
