In ventricular muscle and Purkinje fibers, Amiodarone(50-88 μm) was also found to inhibit depolarization-induced spontaneous action potentials (autonomic abnormalities). |

The 3-phase repolarization current of normal myocardial cells is composed of Ik force Iks mixture, but the repolarization current component of Ikr increases during bradycardia and the repolarization current component of Ikr increases during tachycardia. Therefore, amiodarone is superior to pure III drug (selective Ikr blocker). It shows use dependence, that is, when the heart rate increases, its antiarrhythmic effect increases, and when the heart rate slows down, its effect on QT interval decreases, this shows that it has a large antiarrhythmic effect and a small incidence of torsional ventricular tachycardia (TdP). |
