| Механизм действия | Inositol nicotinate is a compound composed of niacin (vitamin B3) and inositol. It releases nicotinic acid (niacin) in the body, which has vasodilatory effects, reduces plasma triglycerides and atherogenic lipoproteins (VLDL, LDL, lipoprotein a), and increases antiatherogenic HDL levels.<br>It also inhibits microsomal enzyme diacylglycerol acyltransferase 2 (DGAT2), reducing triglyceride synthesis and hepatic atherogenic lipoprotein secretion. |
