The optimal process indexes were as follows: the ratio of nitrotoluene to methylaniline was 4 ∶ 10 (mass ratio), the amount of nano catalyst was 10% of the amount of nitrotoluene, and the reaction temperature was 100~120 ℃, h2 pressure 1.20~1.40 MPa, stirring rate 1500r/min. Under these conditions, the conversion of nitrotoluene was over 88.5%, and the selectivity to methylaniline was 100%.
